TRAVIS CARPENTER
Driver
Rock Zombie 4x4 club member Travis Carpenter is the owner/driver of the 4405 land-use rig. Being very active in land-use issues, along with being very well spoken and liked by his peers in the sport, he is a perfect fit for a driver of such an important vehicle.
As a teenager, unlike many of his peers at that age, Travis spent nearly all his spare time on the Rubicon Trail camping and four-wheeling.He was virtually raised on 4x4 trails. While Off-Roading may be a hobby to most people, for Travis, it is his lifestyle. That passion has continued into adulthood.
While not racing or prepping the car, Travis spends much of his free time "on the trail"

Dan Trout is well known in the industry for his fabrication work. His company Fishmouth Fabworks built the orginal 4405, and is currently working on the re-build of the 4405 Phoenix. Known for his perfect welds, his knowledge of chassis building and attention to detail, Trout's work turns heads. This is important in that the 4405 is in the eyes of so many people.

Stephanie is not only Travis's finace, she is the spokes model and the heart of the 4405 team. If the 4405 does not catch the public's eye, her stunning beauty does, and she works to educate people on responsible use and trail stewardship with the 4405 as the centerpiece for that conversation. Stephanie also helps with team logistics and marketing.

Travis's Dad Stan is the crew chief for the 4405 race team. Not only is he adept at running a team, he is whole-hartedly committed to running a tight ship in the 4405 pits. While he is as good natured and easy going as his son, he is all business when it comes to race time. Stan is am important part of the 4405 team.

Josh Blay has been a part of the 4405 team since day one helping to provide pit support. His dedication to the team is un-surpassed and he has volunteered countless hours to the 4405 team. Blay's duties also include co-driving and vehicle race-prep.

The 4405 vehicle is based on Del's "War Machine" which he uses to promote responsible recreation and pro-access activism on trails all over the country. The 4405 team relies on Del's wisdom and advise on a constant basis.
